What led me to photography was, above all, the desire to tell stories through images. What equipment do you work with?
A camera is to a photographer what a violin is to a musician: an essential instrument to convey what they feel. After covering numerous weddings and conducting portrait sessions (family, baby, pregnancy, etc.), I’ve learned that the best tool I have at my disposal is simply the light around us and the way we view it.
Of course, that’s not everything. Knowing how to capture the decisive moment and constantly refining one’s eye are essential qualities for a photographer. My satisfaction mainly comes from this continuous search: for emotion, the unexpected, the photo that will make your heart skip a beat. Sometimes, it’s not the technically perfect shot, but the one that reveals a deeply in-love couple or the tender attention of a loved one.
